We encourage you to register online to enjoy special online discounts and to minimize lines and wait time at onsite registration.

If you are already registered, you may pick up bibs, helmet stickers, goodie bags as well as purchase or pick up pre-ordered merchandise at the times and locations listed below.

Your bib and pre-ordered merchandise, plus walk-up/on-site registration, will be available at Epic Mountain Gear stores between September 17-21 as well as at the Ride HQ on Main Street at the Shops of Northfield (8354 E 49th Ave #1250, Denver, CO 80238) during the following times:

EPIC CYCLIST CELEBRATION!

As an added incentive to pick-up your packet in advance at Epic Mountain Gear locations, enjoy an EPIC CYCLIST CELEBRATION!

• The first 50 registrants at each store can choose a special gift from TREK.
• Further, take advantage of one or more of three 15-minute "mini-clinics" with Epic Mountain Gear's expert mechanics on the following topics"

4:00 p.m. - Clinic #1 Flat repair (demonstrate)

• How to remove rear wheel
• Use tire lever to remove not to install
• Only take of one side of tire from rim
• Pump tube to take shape (don’t put in a completely flat tube)
• Moving bead to center of the rim to make mounting easier
• Reinstalling rear wheel

5:00 p.m. - Clinic #2  on bike adjustments

• What limit screws do… (BUT generally don’t touch them!!!)
  • If you think you need to touch them check your hanger
• What barrel Adjustments do  (don’t unscrew too far)
• What adding tension to a shifting system does and tuning the shifting
• My disc brakes rub
  • Loosen bolts, pull brakes re snug bolts
• How to identify to loose or tight a headset
  • How to properly adjust

6:00 p.m. - Clinic #3  Easy “stranded bike fixes”

• Chain came off the Chainrings
• Chain came off the cassette
• I took a Crash or bike was hit or fell over what should I check?

RIDE HEADQUARTERS at the SHOPS AT NORTHFIELD

Location- The 2025 Ride HQ will be located at 8210 Northfield Blvd., Suite 1250, Denver, CO 80238. It is a vacant store on the SW side of the main entrance to Macy's at the Shops at Northfield.  There is plenty of free parking in the eastern outer lots at Northfield.
